This is an impressive, natural looking chalet constructed using local mélèzes timber
so it really looks like it belongs to the woodland around it. It has a hot tub on the sun
deck and a large balcony with beautiful views, as well as a lovely private garden with
two barbecue areas and outdoor furniture. It is located just above the village centre
and is only a short walk to the excellent local shop for fresh bread in the morning,
the ChamBus also stops here to connect you to Chamonix centre and all the other
villages in the valley. The chalet is just a 15 minute walk or 2 a minute drive from
the Bellevue cable car which is the nearest lift for walkers. From here you can head
across to the Col de Voza and then catch the funicular railway to the lovely spa town
of St Gervais or walk on up to the Bionnassay Glacier. There are also many other
walks from here.
This is most people's dream chalet partly due to the beautifully rustic wood used in
the detailing, some of which came from old Alpine and Polish farms. It is an
attractive mix of snow weathered timbers, red Australian hardwood, and sun
bleached driftwood, the artistic use of all these natural materials gives this chalet a
truly unique character. We have added interesting and original furnishings from all
over the world to tastefully complement the original interior. In particular, wall
hangings from South America, Africa and Vietnam, crockery from Stoke on Trent and
numerous one off artifacts from old Savoyard farming days. Masses of custom made
comfy sofas, cushions and new curtains furnish the chalet throughout, all beautifully
hand made in natural fabrics to add further luxury and comfort to the chalet. If you

microwave, twin fridges, dishwasher, built in butcher's cutting block.
Separate Living Room: comfy sofas, huge cushions, armchairs, card playing area ('pig corner'), wood burner, under floor heating, Wi-Fi,
sat tv, dvd, playstation II, cd stereo; french doors onto covered terrace with Hot Tub. Open tread stairs with rope handrails up to second floor.

SELF CATERING CHALET PRICES INCLUDE
7 nights self catered accommodation; electricity, heating, hot water and local tourist taxes.
Does not include: towels and bed linen (can bring own or hire from us for £15.00 per person);
final chalet clean (from £60 - £150 depending on size of chalet and length of clean),
firewood (£30 for chalets with log fires) or telephone. A fully returnable security
deposit of £250 is also required with your final balance.
