This elegant regency style apartment in central Chamonix is just minutes from a huge choice of bars, street cafes and all types of shops and restaurants, yet is still amazingly quiet and tranquil so you really do have the best of both worlds. It is beautifully light and airy with either tall windows or french doors opening onto wrought iron balconies from all the rooms, giving fantastic views of the summit of Mont Blanc.
Two of the bedrooms are very spacious for two people and can comfortably sleep four if you want to reduce the overall cost, perhaps for a few families or a large group of friends. The décor throughout is smart and classy with stylish modern furnishings reflecting the character of the building and the owners own sense of style. Stripped pine floors, tastefully selected pieces of furniture and the use of sheer fabrics and subtle lighting create a sophisticated feel. There are two showers, one bath and two toilets so a luxury of facilities for six people.
Whether you are sightseeing, walking, climbing, or just relaxing, this apartment is in a great location as you don't need a car to get to many places for activities. The Brévent and Aiguille de Midi cable cars, the funicular railway to the Mer de Glace and the children's summer luge are just a few of the facilities within a short walk.

Galley Kitchen: fully equipped with electric oven & induction hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine.
Private Parking: behind barrier operated by electronic remote control.

SELF CATERING CHALET PRICES INCLUDE
7 nights self catered accommodation; electricity, heating, hot water and local tourist taxes. Does not include: towels and bed linen (can bring own or hire from us for £15.00 per person); final chalet clean (from £60 - £150 depending on size of chalet and length of clean), firewood (£30 for chalets with log fires) or telephone. A fully returnable security deposit of £250 is also required with your final balance.
