A delightful chalet surrounded by alpine woodland, in a prime location just 50m from the World Cup Downhill piste, the 'Kandahar'.
You can ski from the chalet to the village on a red piste, jump on the cable car back to
the top of the resort and then ski back to the chalet at the end of the day. The chalet has some
of the most stunning panoramic views you will ever see of Mont Blanc and the jagged peaks of the
Aiguilles - whether silhouetted against the indigo sky at dawn, bathed in pink in the early
evening sunset or glowing white against the black sky at night. All the first floor bedrooms
and living areas have big french doors opening onto a huge balcony, taking full advantage of
these spectacular views.
The chalet is warm and cosy, with a sociable, homely feel - just shorts and slippers required!
In fact we have recently completed a major refurb, so the living room now has added luxury
with a lovely new carpet and extra sofas and comfy chairs to sink into. We have also added
a new mosaic shower room, so there are now three bathrooms, all with high powered showers
and one with Jacuzzi spa bath. Even more importantly, there is always copious amounts of
hot water from the new boiler!
There is also a fantastically well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need
to make the most delicious food. Or if you can't be bothered with all the cooking, simply
book our freelance chef!

GROUND FLOOR

Garden: large, sloping garden, ideal for tobogganing, leading into woods and a mountain stream; picnic table, bbq.

Entrance Lobby: access via external steps. Lobby contains boot rack, coat hanging space and a utility 'alcove', with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Master Bedroom 1: master double plus single; french doors onto balcony.
Bedroom 2: twin; french doors onto balcony.
Separate WC.
Living Room: large corner sofa, a second sofa, two armchairs and coffee table; widescreen tv, dvd,
playstation 2, stereo, wi-fi internet; double door width opening leads into dining room; french doors onto balcony.
Dining Room: dining table with 14 chairs; breakfast bar separates kitchen from dining room; french doors onto balcony.
Kitchen: gas hob, large elec oven, microwave, dishwasher, tall fridge freezer, pantry.

SELF CATERING CHALET PRICES INCLUDE
7 nights self catered accommodation; electricity, heating, hot water and local tourist taxes.
Does not include: towels and bed linen (can bring own or hire from us for £15.00 per person);
final chalet clean (from £60 - £150 depending on size of chalet and length of clean),
firewood (£30 for chalets with log fires) or telephone. A fully returnable security
deposit of £250 is also required with your final balance.
ONE WEEK CATERED OPTIONS
You can book our locally based chefs to cook for you in your chalet. Our weekly catering option includes
full breakfast, afternoon tea and homemade cakes and four course evening meal with
wine and cheese board; bed linen, towels and final chalet clean; firewood. Please add following
amounts (per person per week) for this service: £195 per adult; £145 per child u.14yrs;
£105 per child u.8yrs; infants u.2yrs free. Staff have one day off.
HOSTED EVENING MEALS
You can book our freelance chef to host a catered evening in your chalet.
They will cook, serve dinner and clear up for you. You can book two levels
of service: a full four course meal with wine, local cheese board and
coffee at a cost of £30 per person or a more basic 2 course meal
with wine at a cost of £20 per person (subject to availability).
