Converted from an old sawmill, Chalet Le Ranch is a fabulous property that perfectly captures the owner's beautiful and very unique design style. He has created a chalet that combines traditional building materials, state of the art design, and truly modern luxury. It has 4 bedrooms, all of them en-suite and a low ceilinged attic room, suitable for children. There is a modern kitchen, under floor heating and a luxurious hot tub. Some of the more unusual features are the funky wood burner, complete with mock ripped hood; stone sinks on cider barrels and a 'piste basher' snow chain banister! The living space is very light and airy, with glazing running right across each end - to the south you have great views of Mont Blanc and to the north the Fiz mountain range. Large sliding patio doors open from the comfy sitting area onto an intimate south facing terrace. Here you can sit in the hot tub, surrounded by trees and the spectacular mountain backdrop, whilst listening to the stream trickling over the rocks in the garden!
Behind the chalet you can see the Prarion gondola passing overhead and it is a short walk, or if snow conditions and skills permit - ski, through the woods down to the bottom of the Prarion lift, happily you can also ski back near to the chalet by following a woodland trail splitting off the "Aillouds" blue run and following this to where it joins the road past the chalet. At the Prarion you will also find the Battendier Sports ski hire shop here which gives you preferential Barrelli Ski rates for your equipment hire, the ESF Office and the ChamBus stop, giving access to all the other resorts in the valley. There are also bars, restaurants and a boulangerie here for your morning bread and croissants.

Bedroom 1: 4 singles or 2 singles and a double with en-suite corner bath set in lovely stone tiling & basin.
Bedroom 2: twin or double, situated right next to the bathroom.
Bathroom: corner bath, basin & WC.
Bedroom 3: twin or double with en-suite shower & basin.
Separate WC. Private Parking: for 2 cars.
Note: All single beds in bedrooms specially designed to zip together to form double beds.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 4: twin or double with en-suite shower & basin.
Bedroom 5: attic room with 2 singles (or double). Limited headroom, ideal for children but does not exclude adults.
Separate WC.
Living / Dining Room & Kitchen: open plan, light, sunny, double height room, glazed both ends.
Living area: surround sound tv, dvd, cd stereo, wireless internet access, 2 big corner sofas with french doors opening onto private, South Facing Terrace with Hot Tub overlooking mountain

SELF CATERING CHALET PRICES INCLUDE
7 nights self catered accommodation; electricity, heating, hot water and local tourist taxes. Does not include: towels and bed linen (can bring own or hire from us for £15.00 per person); final chalet clean (from £60 - £150 depending on size of chalet and length of clean), firewood (£30 for chalets with log fires) or telephone. A credit card swipe will be required for security.
ONE WEEK CATERED OPTIONS
You can book our locally based chefs to cook for you in your chalet. Our weekly catering option includes full breakfast, afternoon tea and homemade cakes and four course evening meal with wine and cheese board; bed linen, towels and final chalet clean; firewood. Please add following amounts (per person per week) for this service: £245 per adult; £185 per child u.14yrs; £145 per child u.8yrs; infants u.2yrs free. Staff have one day off.
HOSTED EVENING MEALS
You can book our freelance chef to host a catered evening in your chalet. They will cook, serve dinner and clear up for you. You can book two levels of service: a full four course meal with wine, local cheese board and coffee at a cost of £40 per person or a more basic 2 course meal with wine at a cost of £30 per person (subject to availability).
